Organic is "UNnatural"

Understanding Labels further. www.facelessfatloss.com Having fun with Julie's email asking me, with a certain determination, if eating organic milk chocolate in abundance will help with weight loss. You really did NOT need me to even answer that, did you Julie?....(WINKING SMILEY FACE GOES HERE). The word "Natural" v (versus) "Organic." http Unfortunately, the words that can be used to describe an ingredient on a label are all based on legal standards; NOT what the consumer often THINKS the words mean. Example: "Natural Flavoring" HAS been used to describe MSG and Aspartame or aspartame-like additives according to Dr. Russel Blaylock, a respected researcher in this field. The word-play enables a form of legal-positioning, that helps protect the food manufacturer and the FDA from liability, while somewhat misleading the consumer as to what the ingredient actually is. It becomes the consumers responsibility to be well-informed. "100% Organic" is also different from "Organic"...the former is completely pesticide-free, the latter approx 95% free (with unfortunately ever-changing standards). Community Supported Agriculture. Better than organic standards via local farms. tags: Organic fat loss weightloss whole grains flours refined sugars sexy hottie female male abs flex muscle six-pack www.facelessfatloss.com
